What happened to LIRNspace?
The LIRNspace provides Wodonga TAFE students with access to modern computer equipment and software.
During the refurbishment of Building A, the LIRNspace is now located in the David Mann Library which is on the La Trobe University campus right next door to the McKoy Street campus in Wodonga.
Answer
With 6 networked computer workstations with internet access, scanner and printer facilities, the Library is an ideal place to study, do research, and complete out-of-class assignments. You can also connect your own device to the TAFE wi-fi within the Library.
As a Wodonga TAFE student you will require a network account to be able to log on to the computers and gain access to the network resources. Your network account is automatically provisioned upon successful enrolment.
Library staff are able to provide basic IT support, or they can contact the ICT helpdesk who can then connect remotely to the TAFE computers to troubleshoot any complex issues.
Academic skills & Digital skills support services are also located within the Library.
