How do I book a room in Building A?
Rooms on the ground floor of Building A (McKoy Street campus) can be booked by students and staff using Outlook. The door display panels outside each room can also be used to book rooms.
Each room is equipped with large screens. You can attach your laptop to these screens.

The following are the names and seating capacity of the Rooms which can be booked on the Ground Floor of Building A
- Mitta Mitta River (seats 4)
- Campaspe River (seats 4)
- Ovens River (seats 6)
- Kiewa River (seats 6)
- Buckland River (seats 6)
- Goulburn River (seats 6)
- King River (seats 24)
Note: The Digital Lab cannot be booked. Walk in access is available whenever the building is open. The 6 computers in the Digital Lab are available on a first come, first served basis.
Book a room using Outlook
Login to your Wodonga TAFE email account. (If you don't know how, see link to instructions for accessing your TAFE email below)
Go to your calendar and create a new event.
It is a good idea to add your name or meeting description to the Title - this appears on the door panel displays.
Select the date and time.
In the Add a room or Location field, start typing the name of the room you want to book. From the suggested locations list you can then see if the room is Available or Unavailable for this time, as well as the seating capacity of the room.

Select the room you want to book as the location.
If you are inviting other participants, you can invite required attendees.
Send the invite.
You should receive an automated email message confirming your booking was accepted.
Cancelling a Room Booking
If you have a change of mind, please cancel the room booking by going into your Outlook account calendar, select the event and then select Cancel.

Send the cancellation.
