How do I contact the ICT Helpdesk?
The ICT Helpdesk is available to help with IT related issues you may be having with Wodonga TAFE systems, equipment or software, such as logins, wifi access, and computers not working.
The ICT Helpdesk is located in Building C, Room C007 on the McKoy St, Wodonga campus.

If you need help please approach the ICT Helpdesk. Our skilled ICT staff are always happy to help. There may be busy times when you will have to wait a short while but we will always do our best to assist you as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Remember - if you need help with assignments, essays or basic IT, or are just after some study tips, then please visit the study support services available in the David Mann Library.
If there is something wrong with the TAFE computer you are working on, please let ICT staff know so we can submit a job request and have a technician look at it as soon as possible.
