How do I print, scan or photocopy?

What you need to know about printing, scanning and photocopying on Wodonga TAFE multi-function devices.

Answer

Get your SecurePrint access card

To use the multi-function devices (print, scan, copy), you will need to get a SecurePrint access card which you will swipe on the machine.

You can get the card from the Student Administration team in the enrolment centre on the Ground Floor, Building A. The card will also be your student ID card.

Register your SecurePrint access card

To register your card and associate it with your printing account you will need to contact or visit the ICT HelpDesk.  See the links below for details.

They will issue you a Temporary Identification Code (TIC).  Note this down, then swipe your card on the multi-function device. Enter your TIC to associate your card with your account.

Printing credit

When you enrol you will be given a certain amount of credit to use for printing and copying.

If you run out of this printing credit, you will need to see the Student Administration team at the enrolment centre in Building A (Ground floor) to pay for additional printing credits and have them added to your printing account.
